All of the No-Gluten-Added Products, gluten free, are formulated by BABS Bakery mostly based on using Bobs Red Mill flours, as well as other specialty GF flours. This is a wheat free and soy free facility. Since 2004 Dr. Karan has studied Hildegard medicine, Chinese medicine, as well as Ayurvedic medicine and the philosophy behind the use of these fields to heal the human body and energetic fields as well as her other studies. She was introduced to Feng Shui practice in the early 1990’s, and understands the energetic use behind compass systems as well as energetic properties within food. More on Feng Shui-  and Vaastu. DAVE’S Cake—Christmas 2010, my brother David came up with this cake. He had a Ph.D. in food service & restaurant management. We didn’t know what to call it, so I called it Dave’s Cake. Unexpectedly he died in Feb 2011, but Dave’s Cake is a cake ALL chocolate lovers will remember!
Dave described: “Very rich and filling, but not a ‘heavy’ cake that weighs you down after you eat it.” Four layers of chocolate fudge cake, homemade fudge filling in between each layer, iced chocolate, and the sides are coated in mini chocolate chips. 8” $45.00. Serves more than a regular 8” cake.

GF Cake ingredients: Basic ingredients: Flours (Garbanzo bean, white rice, tapioca, potato starch, white sorghum, fava bean), sugar, buttermilk, eggs, butter, potato flour, vanilla, coriander, baking soda, guar gum, sea salt, ascorbic acid.

GF Icing ingredients: 1.) Butter- crème: Powdered sugar, butter, water, coconut oil, vanilla cumin, fennel, coriander, acidophilus. 2.) Soy information: Careful reviews have been conducted with studies on genetically modified soy, or GM soy, and because of the GM soy that is produced in today’s society, it has been noted that the harmful effects are established in the second and third generations of those who consume this type of soy, as well as, the pesticides and herbicides that are used.
