Welcome to the first online, internationally recognized scratch bakery using spelt and coconut products. BABS Bakery is the first and original bakery dedicated to St. Hildegard von Bingen for her insight in using spelt, as she is listed as Germany’s first doctor. The bakery is set up for retail service, but can accommodate wholesale needs. The bakery’s goal is to educate the patron as well as service foods for the body/mind/spirit, while learning about digestion and the benefit from Food Energetics.
